Enoth Mutungi
Director / Founder
Enoth Mutungi is the Director of Social Services and a Councillor for the Namugongo Division, distinguished as a counsellor, leader, and expert in career guidance and public speaking. With a strong commitment to community development and empowerment, Enoth leverages his extensive expertise to foster positive change and growth within his community.
As a seasoned counsellor, Enoth provides invaluable support and guidance to individuals seeking personal and professional development. His leadership skills are evident in his role as Director of Social Services, where he oversees initiatives that improve the welfare and quality of life for residents in the Namugongo Division. His strategic approach and empathetic nature enable him to address complex social issues effectively.
Enoth's holistic approach to social services encompasses not only immediate relief efforts but also long-term solutions aimed at sustainable development. His collaborative efforts with various stakeholders ensure that community projects are well-rounded and effectively meet the targeted objectives. Enoth Mutungi’s vision is to continue driving impactful social change through compassionate leadership, strategic career guidance, and powerful public speaking, ultimately contributing to the growth and prosperity of the Namugongo Division and beyond.
Phionah Nagaba
Digital & Marketing
Phionah Nagaba is a visionary software engineer and digital strategist with a passion for innovation and community empowerment. Combining technical expertise with creative flair, she drives impactful solutions in the nonprofit sector. With a certificate in Digital Marketing, Phionah is dedicated to advancing digital literacy and strategic engagement within NGOs. She brings over two years of experience in software development and digital strategy, having collaborated with various nonprofits to enhance their online presence and operational efficiency.
Phionah's commitment to community engagement is evident through her volunteer work as a digital marketing facilitator at Empower Her Community Organization, where she focuses on empowering youth. She has conducted numerous digital literacy workshops and training sessions for nonprofits and community groups, earning recognition for delivering impactful digital strategies that contribute to local and international nonprofit growth. Her key achievements include developing and launching high-performance web applications that improve operational efficiency and user engagement for various nonprofit initiatives. She has led digital marketing initiatives that significantly increased awareness and participation in NGO campaigns and events. Notably, Phionah attended The Amazon Leadership Initiative (TheAli) Forum for Young Female Leaders in 2023, where she won the Social Media Associate Prize. Additionally, she participated in the Young Women Leadership Programme with LEAP.
Phionah holds a Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering from Makerere University and a certificate in Digital Marketing. She is committed to continuous professional development and is currently pursuing training with Ubuntu United Nations as a delegate from Uganda. Her leadership experience includes serving as the Vice President at the School of Computing and Informatics Technology at Makerere University from 2020 to 2021.
Andura Paul

I am Andura Paul, a skilled and dedicated plumbing professional with years of experience in the industry. I take pride in my craft and have had the opportunity to work with esteemed organizations, including Roofings Uganda, where I honed my technical skills and developed a deep understanding of various plumbing systems. My passion for my profession is matched only by my love for engaging with inspirational people who bring positive energy and fresh perspectives into my life. Being single and not married allows me to focus on my personal and professional growth, and I enjoy spending my free time exploring new ideas and learning from others.
Beyond my professional endeavors, I am deeply passionate about community development. I believe that every individual has the power to make a difference, and I strive to contribute positively to the communities I am part of. Whether it’s through volunteering, mentoring, or simply sharing knowledge, I am committed to helping others and fostering a sense of unity and progress. My journey is driven by a desire to create lasting, meaningful impact, and I am always eager to connect with like-minded individuals who share my vision for a better future.
